Family Day
Every year – as part of our Winning Culture journey – VIAPPIANI DE COLOMBIA celebrates the ‘Family Day’, an event that is held to maintain our employees’ high level of motivation in order to transfer that motivation to the accomplishment of an excellent work that fully satisfies the needs of our clients.
We celebrated the ‘Family Day’ on August 27th, where our employees family members will learned about our processes, shared special refreshment and carried out recreational activities with their families.
This year approximately 500 people – employees and their families – attended the event. There were stands displaying the company's products, and tours were conducted showing them the production process. This activity helped the employees’ loved ones to gain firsthand knowledge about the world in which their parents/siblings/children work, observing the tasks they do in a daily basis, as well as seeing the end result.
